About the game

You play as a rebellious young graffiti artist—Jake, Tricky, or one of many unlockable characters—who’s been caught in the act of tagging a train and is now on the run. Your goal? Sprint down subway tracks, dodge incoming trains, leap over barriers, slide under signs, and collect coins as you escape from the grumpy Inspector and his dog. The more you run, the faster it gets. And the further you go, the higher your score climbs.

But Subway Surfers isn’t just about dodging and jumping—it’s a visual feast. With its vibrant, ever-changing landscapes and smooth animations, each run feels like a journey through a living, breathing cartoon world. The game frequently introduces new cities and themes with its popular World Tour events, letting players race through iconic destinations like Tokyo, Paris, Rio, Cairo, or New York—each location with its own unique flair, characters, and hoverboards.
